Many wellness businesses are guided by ethics, but lack the structures required to uphold those values. This limits growth and may create an erosion of trust with customers and/or employees. Others don’t know where to start creating a business rooted in care. My work identifies where alignment can be strengthened in ways that allow revenue to grow without extraction.
Hi, I’m Joséphine!
I’ve owned 5 businesses, and I learned all about entrepreneurship through trial and error through these ventures. As a highly spiritual person, animist, and holistic health enthusiast, I always wanted to build a business based on what I was passionate about and my best skills. With each attempt, I got closer to my goal of figuring out how to do business in a way that actually felt right, while actually solving an important issue. When I launched my yoga conference, it popped off! My event resonated deeply with people who shared the similar experiences, and I’ve since been asked by several business owners to help them grow, find clarity, and rebrand.
What I found is that this path requires a special kind of leadership and to do things differently than most brands.
